Use Save locally to keep the full review as a file — sheets, ticks, issues, completion status, markups AND the opened PDF itself — and reopen everything with Load. The session file is roughly the PDF's size plus a third. Nothing persists in the page itself after closing. Standards references are indicative; verify against current editions.
